The workflow

This is how I ship software as an agentic engineer:

  1. Product thinking first. I define the spec, flows and UI direction like a designer.
  2. AI as the build engine. Claude Code implements against the spec while I review, steer and test.
  3. Design polish. Every screen gets the same UI/UX rigor as my design work.
  4. Ship and iterate. Deployed to production, iterated with the client in fast loops.

The outcome
